This Terms & Conditions sets out the Terms of use of khaleeji.bank a wholly-owned website of the Khaleeji Bank B.S.C khaleeji.bank provides a gateway, to the financial services offered by the bank and its partners or subsidiaries.

 

This Website is owned and maintained by Khaleeji Bank BSC (referred to as ‘Khaleeji’ hereafter) for your personal information, communication, education and use. • loss of any instruction in any communication channel or of any stored data/instructions; due to any reasons beyond the control of the Bank at the relevant point of time, including any problems and difficulties arising due to power and electricity failure, computer errors, programming errors, software or hardware errors, computer breakdown, non-availability of Internet connection, communication problems between the Khaleeji’s server and User’s computer network, shutting down of Khaleeji’s server, non-availability of links, corruption of the computer software, problems in the telecommunication network and any other technology related problems, natural calamities/ disasters, legal restraints, industrial disputes or any other reason beyond the control of the Bank.
• Any unauthorized transaction through this Website due to your fraudulent or negligent usage.
• Any unauthorized / fraudulent / erroneous use of or hacking or intrusion into the computer network of Khaleeji by any third party due your negligent or fraudulent conduct.

All information submitted to Khaleeji via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of Khaleeji and Khaleeji shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides Khaleeji through this site.
